Let me introduce myself, Arnaud Gaudinat, Professor of information sciences, at the Haute École de Gestion (HEG) in Switzerland. I teach content management and handling CMS like Drupal for our students. Students must become familiar with low-level tools such as sftp or ssh but also high-level tools such as cPanel or WHM, to be able to adapt to the different types of hosting that they will encounter in their professional life.
